These policies and procedures are provided by the members of NCOFCU. Please feel free to use them to formulate policies and procedures for your credit union and in the spirit of collaboration, we ask that you not only take, but contribute, as well. It is highly recommended that you run any new policies and procedures by your legal consul or auditors to be sure they comply with your local, state and federal regulations.
